We read everything that comes in. Reports of abuse or objectionable content are handled first — we review those within 24 hours.

Report abuse or another user

Franchise has zero tolerance for harassment and objectionable content. We remove offending content and terminate the accounts of people who violate the Terms.

Report a message

Press and hold any message in a league chat or direct message, then choose Report. Reports go to your league commissioner and are reviewed by us.

Block someone

Profile › Blocked Users. Blocking hides that person's messages from you everywhere in the app, and you can unblock from the same screen. League business — trades, announcements, results — stays visible.

Automatic filtering

Messages, team names, and league names are screened against a prohibited-content filter before they post.

Email us

If something needs a person rather than a button, write to admin@franchisefantasy.co. Include the league name and roughly when it happened and we can find it.

Common requests

Delete your account

Profile › Delete Account, inside the app. It removes your profile, your sign-in record, your push tokens and your authorship of past messages, and frees your team in every league you belong to. No email or web form needed, and nothing to wait for.

Get a copy of your data

Email admin@franchisefantasy.co from the address on your account and we'll send you the data we hold for it.

Reset your password

Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. If you signed in with Google or Apple, there's no Franchise password to reset — use that provider instead.
